Just four years ago, Cole Prochaska, 41, weighed over 585 pounds, struggling with overeating and a sedentary lifestyle. Determined to change, he swapped his 5,000-calorie diet for daily walks, eventually shedding 360 pounds.
Starting with short walks, Prochaska built up to 10,000 steps a day, overhauled his diet, and hit the gym. Despite his transformation, excess skin remains a challenge, leading him to launch a GoFundMe for removal surgery, raising over $81,000.
Now an inspiration, Prochaska urges others to keep pushing forward. “Keep going, keep walking… You can do it. I’m living proof.”
